Mackenzie’s practice focuses on representing clients in commercial litigation matters involving construction and construction defect claims and insurance recovery. Mackenzie handles all aspects of litigation, including discovery, pre-trial motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, and trial.
Mackenzie graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law where she served as an extern at the Washington Supreme Court. Mackenzie also volunteers as a pro bono attorney for the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project.
Mackenzie is a Seattle native and enjoys hiking, running, and cheering on the Seattle Seahawks.

Represented local client in trial of breach of contract claim in Pierce County Superior Court as the second chair attorney, resulting in a $2.3 million jury verdict.
Represented national developer as part of a litigation team in a construction defect claim in Reno, Nevada, resulting in a $5.8 million recovery.
Member of a litigation team pursuing claims against general contractor, architect, and subcontractors for defective design and construction of commercial buildings in California, resulting in a $6.8 million recovery.
Represented owner of commercial warehouse building on claims against pollution insurer for coverage for property damage, resulting in a $550,000 recovery.
